that stone exists because you are thinking about it
thus it is astral
but what if you focus harder? give it more detail?
now you are further impressing it into your consciousness and your consciousness is entangled with reality through energetic exchanges
entropy and time itself are coordinated with respect to your thoughts which are made up of electrical interference patterns forming waves
the astral is the collective picture of universal energetic exchange throughout time
