You know what, ai actually figured I was gonna get the fuck GLP crowd, I just didn't figure I'd get one who I have admittedly liked in the past but who has been spewing foul shit all around
First and foremost, Im not even claiming glp is the best, though I happen to think it is, because best is a term that is relative, best at what? GLP is far from perfect but it also brought most of us together so there is that.
And about a Tavistock, they can go to the mall or any forum and study people, they been doing it for 100 years, personally I laugh at any notion that psychologists will ever pin down human nature so imho, joke is on them. There is a meme that says "dont study me, you'll fail" talking about scorpios, I think there is some degree of truth in that especially for select minds.
And Im not against the man as it is said so many places, rather I stand for Law. Sometimes LEO's get it wrong, often citizens get it wrong, and Ive said Im against malevolent manipulation, but even regular forums get it wrong often so imho everyone puts too much emphasis on GLP where they get it wrong and gloss over where everyone else falls short at times.
I personally support removing Anonymous Cowards because like the person who started the other thread, it gets taken advantage of by trolls, at least Chip showed up in name to call trinity Tranity, respect where its due.
So again, moving beyond the idea of GLP as good or bad, the truth is that it's more or less one of a kind imho, and if it were to disappear, only then would its true value be understood. Ive actually come across old school GLP'ers in real life who more or less were disgusted with the place and left the entire scene long before I ever found it, and they went on to find a lifestyle that seemed next level in terms of simplicity and sustainability so past GLP fuckery has served in immeasurable ways.
Of course that's why my title said IRREPLACEABLE...
Other forums would do well to adopt a personality that wasnt anti-GLP , at the very least, and even perhaps attempt to unite on some level, though Ive seen it tried and it's not cakewalk.
