Doesn't exist, certainly not objectively even through scientific means/thought... The reason is: we use our brains to measure it. So it's subjective. Also, think of the commonly used phrase "time is money". Obviously time is not real because it must be a controlled force field. Only logical explanation. I had to make this post. There's no room in the brain/mind to actually solidify anything related to what date or time it is OTHER THAN AGREEMENT. So time is not REAL nor is its measurement because whoever is measuring it is trying to measure "God" (quotation marks suitable) which is not really something that sounds plausible now is it. There is nothing suggesting even an ounce of its reality -- and this is from someone who has had a dual perspective of it both being an illusion but also real. There is nothing suggesting the heralding of aliens into our world because THAT TOO is in our brains. By the way, I don't know. Scientifically there is a unit of measurement that is called the planck length. It is, I suppose the objective unit of time. It is nothing like the time that is agreed upon and perceived as a cycle, watched by eyes. It is more like the space between the images of reality. That is sort of how I see it anyway, a bit like a film reel but other people may see it differently.
I will offer my opinion on the 'aliens' matter. There are no aliens unfortunately. There are however humans throughout the universe and there are many forms of consciousness. Should you happen to experience some of the more unusual forms, you will be able to make your own decision on what label to give it. Should enough people agree with your label though whatever means of 'magic' you deploy, then it will be reality.
There is also technology that can do many things nature can do so unless you/we can acquire some of this, our 'magic' is probably not enough to capture the attention of the mass. Anywho, I am rambling again but this, well, this should go through you.
