This is a thought. I was introduced to this thought some time ago (years) but discarded it and just kept on living. But now things are different; the thought was generated from my own originality (important) today in full force with no precursor or reason. The thought is stronger and stands out more now; it could be a valuable realization. I'm not talking about a metaphorical hell, by the way, I'm talking about the literal conventional definition and meaning of Hell. It's very possible that the earth plane is Hell and we simply don't say it is because it's designed to not seem like one. I mean take a glance at all the things it 'offers'. But these things are blatant traps of the soul/mind -- small realizations like these are what solidify this thought for me.
By the way, I'm not a gnostic. Or any religion. Because that's not how this works.

Because that's not how this works. It is only hell if you add people to the mix. If you were around things that would not lie to you, it might be very different. Most days I tend to agree that reality is a fancy prison or hell as you might say. Then there are days where I get to influence my own mind where I do not have to care about people or 'things' and I know I this could be anything. It is after all an illusion of the mind. Whilst the current medium of power in this reality (money) is a fabricated thing, the reality I/we experience is a result of the minds with all the money, or enough of it to control who gets to have it. Those entities/corporations/individuals do not care about the collective experience, only that they can sustain their own. That can change very fast though because the medium of power is basically just an agreement.
Anyway Mark, after all my dribble, what I am trying to say is no it is not hell, this is a template.

Good response, I appreciate your thoughts. Earth being literally Hell is just a thought like I said. If anything, we can say that is like Hell or similar to Hell. The word itself, Hell, is not clearly defined as far as how it would feel, how it would look like, what it entails etc. (many, many variables). For context, I probably wouldn't have made this thread if I hadn't been watching a lot of Lucifer to give me an idea of what people understand Hell to be (the conventional accepted meaning like I said)... So that helped me choose this word as fitting. It was a worthy topic. P.S. I highly recommend that show by the way, truly great! |

It is only hell if you add people to the mix. If you were around things that would not lie to you, it might be very different. Most days I tend to agree that reality is a fancy prison or hell as you might say. When I was having a bout of psychosis a few years back now, I went to a place in my mind which was a reflection of the reality I was experiencing. For whatever reason, I couldn't understand anything people would say, it just came out as a gibberish giggle, but it sounded horrible. This was every single person and it was quite a bizzare. I actually thought this is hell. That was my hell I guess.
Then I played with my cat for a bit and thought, this is not so bad I can at least love one thing when all is said and done.
Was pretty trippy.
