I don't know if this group still does anything, but I remember when I first heard about this group and got exposed to "ARG" (alternate reality games) I was hugely interested in them, and this one most of all.

I think there have been established links to 4chan.

To solve them you need to be intelligent in a stenographic-solving type of manner so I never really entertained illusions of "completing" one of these puzzles myself, but the fascination is real.

I had not heard of it until now. I checked out some other videos on It and it is very interesting. One video in particular was about the 16 year old that solved all the puzzles and got into the 'club'. He left after some weeks because it was boring apparently and they have since hidden their website again.

I am not sure what to make of it myself and the clues are way beyond my abilities to solve. Waaaaay beyond.

Here is what is probably true though.

There are some very smart people in this group.
