Herve

Chapter 2

[scene 1]

Herve is sitting on a rocking chair which rested on grassy ground. The grassy ground extended all the way from around his home into outer space, with stars visible in-between sunny daytime with some clouds. Herve’s home is located behind him at some distance.

A person named Bora approaches Herve from beside to left.

Herve: “Hey Bora.. it has been a while.”

Bora: “Herve. How are you doing?”

Herve: “A little boring but otherwise peaceful. I’m doing okay. But you’re here... that means you have a mission for me? Is that correct?”

Bora: “No mission. Just this.”

Bora extends his right hand and spread it open with its facing up, a visual holographic 3D of a message appears on top of it. Herve took a look at it.

Herve (*): “Almost a story description of a battle event between Platote and me a long while ago. I don’t think I recall any anybody except Platote present that time.”

Bora: “Look at the title of which the message post is part of.”

As Herve look at top heading title, part of holographic 3D message – Herve said, “Where is this coming from?”

Bora: “From a universe... a planet called ‘Earth’, on something they called the ‘Internet’.

Herve: “Internet. Hmm. I think I’m going to that universe and check it out.”

Bora almost tried to utter something else but instead hesitates and said, “I see.”

Herve gets up and walks past Bora, he looks at at grassy ground moving past underneath as he walks over to his home house. Bora stares at Herve’s back and softly inhales then exhales a bit.

Herve got into his livingroom. He took and put his coat on. He started to recall some moments in his past, when he battled his enemy – Platote...


[scene 3]

Some time years ago... Herve was given a mission to check out some anomalies at the location area. He is walking on grassy hill and spots an abandoned house. He uses his powers to bring up a close-up visual holographic 3D of the house and its nearest area, to check out any presence of person or being. No one is there except a handful of insects in the house and a few small animals in some distance away from the house. Herve gets up in air and floats to it.

The wooden structures of the house were exquisitely created and hand-built. Herve walks in the hallway leading to the living-room, admiring some of structures. Then all of the house slowly explodes and floats away up in the air then landed on grassy ground away from Herve. What left is local remaining wooden bars underneath his boots, with shadow cast on it by something in the air blocking the sun.

Herve looks up and sees a person floating in-front of sun, he instantly recognizes the person to be Platote, his enemy.

Herve flied up straight to him and smashed his head. A few blood spattered on Herve’s head from Platote’s mouth. Platote used his left hand to swirl in a circle gesture – generating purplish-black and thick smoke in-front of himself, creating a nerf-ball membrane-alike to temporarily block Herve’s attacks for a short time. Herve quickly flied down a downward arc to behind Platote’s back and tried to grab him, Platote quickly flied to right side with a gray smoke emittes from him. As Herve chase after Platote through the gray smoke, his body starts to move slowly.

Herve thought to himself: “Temporal spell.”

Platote fly to some distance away from Herve, and turns around then stared at him. As Herve struggles to move faster, his body starts to weaken. He staggers and fall down. Platote observe Herve for a moment then in his peripheral vision he noticed a river, a likely location of which Herve was about to fall on into it.

Platote thought to himself: “Not the river.”

Platote flies faster past Herve and slowed down, to gently catch Herve. Platote carried Herve to a grassy ground and put him on it. Platote observes Herve for some moments. Herve was in a state of bit delirium and still breathing.

Platote thought to himself: “Still alive despite the weakening spell I put into my blood. I’ve failed once again.”

Platote said to Herve, “Until next time.” Platote used his both hands to create a smoke around himself. As smoke dissipates into air, Platote was gone.

Herve blackened out.

As Herve finish recalling his battle moments with Platote, he uses his right hand to draw a portal to ‘The Halls’. He walked into it.


[scene 4]

Herve got out of the portal and took a look at halls with multi-universes positioned in rooms. He opens his right hand with its palm facing up and visual holographic 3D message (copied from Bora’s) appears. He then use his left hand to swipe his right hand, duplicating a copy of it into air just before him. He uses one of his powers to initiated a communication between him and The Halls, embedding a translator within it and with his right hand holding the copied holographic 3D message:

Herve: “Where did it came from?”

Then Herve let go of the message and it starts to fly to a specific universe positioned in the room numbered 42, with Herve following behind it.

As Herve stands before the numbered 42 universe, there is a green button stationed to right bar side of the doorway to 42 universe room. He touches it with middle finger, it projects a computerized holographic 3D of the same universe but at smaller scale with an interface and options. Herve then link the copied message to it. Herve presses the locator option for the linked message. The computer immediately indicated all the way to Earth planet, with 2 options to right sidebar – ‘open portal’ and ‘cancel portal’. He presses the first one and enters the portal entrance.
