Page 1 was a good mix for the morning The last 2 songs weren't available though. It's a good count actually, often there are more songs I can't watch.

"... There is nothing especially unique about the examples aforementioned – this is the natural power that music exerts over consciousness. It does seem, however, that music has the potential to encode our experiences. Unlike film or photography, this encoding is not a literal sensory representation of experiences – instead, it is a composite picture; it brings back the images, thoughts, people, places, and most importantly emotions that were associated with the time period during which the music was being encoded. There is one more principle here worthy of note. A piece of music is generally only capable of encoding for one experience at a time, and “rewriting” the experience on a song that has already been encoded is exceptionally difficult, if not in some cases impossible..." It's like a time capsule with instant access. The impact of encoded songs I've forgot about, brought back by 'coincidence' can be intense too. It's like a bridge from then to now, and if you can embrace and observe past and current states of self simultaneously, it feels like backwards healing by going through it again, now with the bonus of what did happen in between as added knowledge/experience.

While I write this, I realise also it's a reoccurring theme. No wonder with music being almost omnipresent XD I made a thread about it with tunes that could act as catalyst for healing means, or simply some uplifting ~ Chill Out Supply Box
