The cells in you probably wouldn't believe "you" exist

Not sure you mean by this, but i'll try to respond. From the perspective of a cell, john doe is not as easy to identify. They likly do not understand human behavior and language to be able to really "identify" john as a being, however what is understood is that the body is composed of cells and so from their perspective, what we identify as the singular being "john" they simply identify as conglomerate of cells. Everything that John does that we classify as John's personality or character in the eyes of the cells are just reactions and movements that are caused by the same cells not a personality. Consider our universe, what if black holes & supernova were the personality of a greater being that we live inside it and our family lives with only their environment around us, not totality of it? How would we even begin to know this it is beyond us, in the same way that John's behavior would be beyond the cells and the cells would look at it as the mundane conglomerate of cells.
