He is smart, clever, intelligent, and knows the inside and outside of all facets and components of what he does, the things that are a part of what he does, his people and personnel, his opponents and adversaries, and their people, personnel, and parts. You can ask him any question and he knows the answer or he knows how to get the answer. He knows the way to success, and he is experienced, and wise.
He has a provable track-record of positive results, of measurable success, and accomplished goals. He has people skills, and is a motivator who keeps his people safe not just on the outside, but on the inside as well. The pursuit of the goal doesn't jeopardize his morals, and this is what earns him the unparralleled respect he is given. He listens just as much as he speaks, and he is genuinely relatable to all people.
As a result of of being a fine leader, he has a reputation greater than anyone else's. He has a legacy that is greater than anyone else's. All anyone has to do is mention him, and his opponents begin to tremble in fear. He always values the group he leads; and the group He leads' success is his only motivation, even if it means sacrificing himself and his desires to see the group succeed.

When you write a novel you need to start with an introduction and a prologue. Right now you are working on a very vague and boringly stereotypical character creation. Come on, wulf. Try more something like this: i.ibb.co/x1XGzY1/Screenshot-51.png

Are you referring to the car salesman or to the crazy clinic person? I think the first would be more than capable of helping you.
