To be fair though OYE, I do understand what is going on with you though. It doesn't make you a bad person but it does indicate you are stuck. These things going through your mind, you are supposed to reconcile them, not try and beat them. It will go on forever if you cant find a way to incorporate yourself back into a shared reality. I know you do not believe me and will disregard this as nothing you need to consider. But you should consider it.
It is likely you will never be free of this condition, it will come and go. With each wave it does get easier to navigate yourself through. You said you wanted something for yourself OYE. Now is the time to claim a piece of life and move forward with building something for yourself, something you are content with.
