Base in current technological, spiritual and civilize developments we can read the foundation energy of the elite that administrate this planet. I can say that they are in a sad state of being...Their entire collective might despite having control of all governments and religious systems that give root programming to the masses, they can not really pose a threat to him...he can easily break every psychological trick and ricochet back with heavy damage...to the entire matrix structure ….To the masses of course the elite do pose a threat mostly of exploitation as they are in a very degraded awareness ….
If today there were to be fight between him and them, I know they would not be able to stand their ground for long, despite having all the advantages...he will indeed break down thousands of years of power and end the structure blood lines ….
The elite lack the mental and spiritual faculties to open type one civilization ...they stagnated and they badly need him....but of course he will not aid them...as both have nothing in common ...he is the new they are the old that now most be discarded …

That guy you are focusing on will never be anything of importance in this world and he won't ever align with those weak minded and prone to corruption, and are only there for themselves. Whole establishment is tainted and he does not want to have anything with them.

HoW He will Do iT?
He will use his unique individuality on a global scale to influence, alter and disturbe the entire hive mind and psychic of the specie...
As humanity has lost the ability to access truth individual entity, they will be attracted to him like bees to the honey...neither presidents, political figures, religious or artistic personalities of any kind would be able to deviate such attention off him as the point of influence ...
Than as the worlds attention is on him, he will engulf with his own consciousness, individuality and energy the entire consciousness of the specie overwhelmingly, until he become the only interface where humanity derives its own understanding of self and reality …
Than he will take control over the planet and he will establish himself as the earth administrator...he will use the entire creative energy now at his direction of the specie to create whatever reality he choses ….been that all is mind, therefor whoever controls the hive mind is god..

Saturn can not hold him prisoner in time....bound in mortality...hostage of birth and death …..as he did not eat the illusion of this world …He walk away from everything this realm holds dear...
He is a free soul in world of captive souls ...something very, very dangerous for the continuation of reality itself..
He did that which is unnatural ...and by doing so he cancel the strings of the great entrapment …
He defied the creator and found the truth of himself in the process ...as he defeated goD he became unbound by the laws of creation....By not accepting creation or god as good, but as malignant force, he refuse to procreate and by doing so he prevented a new soul from being trapped in matter, aging and death...
By not trapping new souls in density ...he free himself from the invisibles strings of this world ..as he is free from the negative karma of such crime...He stop the continuation of death...in another soul....

This is why your lives are so short 75 to 80 years, to ensure you do not live enough to figure out and escape ..and even know they are so short, they are fill with heavy tolls to even survive, so your minds does not think outside the concepts of survival and reproduction ...
If you only knew where and what you are ….but yet I know is not your time...
