Can you define what you mean by "weather anomaly"? From birth he was a divine intelligence , the creator Divine Intelligence was using him . The Weather was the Nobody's play ground and he was made to believe that he controlled it .tptb had a weather Anomaly that the could not explain. This went on till 2005 when Katrina hit the us . Power burns. It burns you to a chrisp if you can't handle it. I've been burnt to ashes...it hurts. But then I saw that once it's over, nothing is left but the core. And it remains.

I'm like maud sometimes.
I do, however, unironically think maud pie is funny.
This next clip is funny but only with some context. The light purple pony, starlight glimmer, used to be a cult leader that lived in this village where she made all of the ponies give up their cutie marks. A cutie mark is a pony's special talent or uniqueness. She did this so everybody could be equal and no pony would be better or worse than any pony else. Of course the Mane 6 come along and stop starlight glimmer's mind control enslavement of the village, and eventually Twilight convinces her about the magic of friendship and starlight becomes a good pony, a reformed ex cult leader who almost destroyed the world with time magic once btw. but maud knows everything there is to know about rocks, it's her passion in life. as it turns out, maud was the one who told starlight glimmer where to find a cave with a rock so powerful it could take away a whole village of pony's cutie marks from them.
Note Maud wasnt acting with any evil, she’s so invested in mining a rock that she barely hears starlight glimmer’s question and answers automatically like the scholar she is. She just had the answer gave it to starlight so she could keep doing her thing without thinking about it.
so later starlight and maud are walking through ponyville because maud is thinking of moving there
so maud says this out of the blue.
I watched that episode the other day and went, hmm, I actually don't know whether maud was messing with her or not. maud is funny

you know, people, that there really is a war on for our souls,
and though everyone wants to become their own god,
it hasn't actually happened to anyone yet, has it;
or has it;
I finally got my first laptop at the end of 2012
and soon found glp and lunatic outpost;
that's when I got in on the Nobody thread as Wonder Boy,
then within a short time, maybe a few months,
they ended the thread saying it was too dangerous
to the minds of those involved;
as if; but the thread was pretty insane;
then I changed to Spark, but stayed away from glp
because they got too, um, invasive,
and with the Nobody thread gone, I lost interest;
but now I've found this forum and it feels right;
now for the words no-one wants to hear,
about the war;
the war is real and a side must be chosen;
Christ or Satan;there is no in-between;
I chose Jesus Christ,
because the power of God will win this war;
for a while I was my own god and thought it was Ok to be so;
it ain't,
'cause when tshtf,
and real demons broke through and wrestled my mind for control,
being my own god didn't cut it,
and before I was nearly hopelessly lost,
I called on the One I knew long before for help,
and He (His Spirit, of course) came, and within a day or so
I was back;
and pledged my allegiance forevermore,
again (another story)
so that's my message today;
to pick a side,
because the war rages on all around us,
materially and spiritually,
and I choose to help and spread the Light of God,
and I hope you do too;
I am honest and do not lie and will not exaggerate;
this isn't funny and I'm not playing a game;
I am not God but I feel like a messenger,
or maybe a conduit;
