Well, it's like chess. You try to anticipate several possible reactions to your offense move. You must prepare your defenses...programming your shields in layers. You must shield your identity and safeguard your energy thread so you may make hits but not be followed back and found in the physical plane. You prepare the body physically because psi will drain you of necessary chemicals, so you must be very healthy, very well rested, and you must be very high on natural starches.

You really think it through.. I always just flow with intuition.. What the great spirit tells me to do.. I do.. no matter how weird.. if it seems like a bad chess move at the time..
