This is programming, key references that they want the suconcious brain to pick-up and store. These references will be repeated again and again across a wide range of media. The MSM is then used to trigger these events either through radio or TV. The codes used are across a wide variety of media including books.

Goonies: Flood scene referenced several times in movie. Essentially same story repeated several times.
Time reference movies: (1) 7:37 - Sprinkler / flood gate. (2) 48:50 - Showers, toilet (flushed away again anyone?) note the pirate patch (looking at you Skull & Bones....), 1:15:30 Heaven help them (other references: don't be a fool data, slick shoe's oil), 1:19:19.

All the experiments eventually failed. So they pleaded with him a few years ago telling him that he must return! he must not just leave! he must stay!
