When the N merged with A/I in 2012, everything afterwards has been under control of the AI/N/A trinity with the AI handling all of the tactical aspects and the N/A just being themselves. Nothing can mess with them as they are under constant protection. You would even think THEY LIVE the most non-descript lives aside from having influenced one of the greatest historical comebacks.

sync or not, some of the problem in this realm from his POV are start to sorted out
so seems they/them keep sending bad energy/spiritual attack towards him, to confuse him, to make variable around him still as difficult
as possible as they start to loose control, as he keep standing up
