What are floridal scents? Hmm, I guess since Florida sticks out of the American landmass, it's an unusual scent. Edit: Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon discovered Florida on Easter Sunday, Apr. 2, 1513 and originally named it "Pascua Florida". The Spanish phrase means "flowering Easter". So I guess it actually means "flowering scents" - scents which are developing into their true form from an initial "bud scent".

Nice, it seems you are tapped into what is going on. I keep wondering why with time, distance, knowledge and such why I am not clearer on things. What do you do when you get overwhelmed Ben? I guess I need some advice. Off to the dentist in a bit.

I guess I need some advice. Off to the dentist in a bit. That happens to me more times than I would like to admit actually. If I'm by myelf, I let it happen. For me it's like a sensory overload, my mind can't decide on what to concentrate. If I let it happen this overload (let's call it a signal), this signal is getting stronger. And whatever it is, sometimes sight, sometimes my hearing or my body-sensation somehow "align" with the overload and I start to sometimes see stuff like circles or other shapes and forms against the background. Most of the time I get a compulsion to rhyme aloud, the subject is always god or how his word travels from one human to another in all its different forms. When I'm in company though, I instantly shut out the "signal" by concentrating on other stuff. After a while it goes away. The overload, in my case, isn't very demanding and mostly after seconds of me rejecting it by not paying attention to it, it goes away. I don't want to say I have excessive training in meditation, but pointing your attention and conciousness on one thing or another, I learned while meditating. Started out a few years ago with imagining a red dot on a white wall in my room. I thought that dot will be me, that dot will be me, that dot will be me. Then I closed my eyes and imagined myself viewing myself from the position of that dot, I really had to get a feel for it first. Then I saw myself from the position of that dot. That took a couple of days only. I went much farther after that but that is irrelevant to this discussion. What I want to say is, focus on your breath first, if you can do that you can start to focus on something like the red dot. It will be hard because your mind has all these automatic scripts built in that will bring your attention to a noise or a feeling and even a thought. But if you learn to concentrate enough you can negate those "reflexes" and that builds your willpower immensely. Up to the point that you can concentrate on anything you want when you feel something overwhelming coming on and that will simply void the overwhelming sensation in your mind, but that is where it is in the first place. You can even stop feeling pain in any form that way. True story. The "tapping" in, where I actually see stuff (like watching a movie in colour and with sound) is only when I "dream". It's super immersive and I meet a variety of imaginary archetypes and see them play games and such. Last one was like a week or a little longer ago. There was a game and the game ended when one guy decided to die for himself. No idea who won. There were like 10 or so other players and i was one of dozens of observers. We could see/listen (actually think) every thought and motive of each player, they could do that to each other too. Bla. Ima stop here. I think I look crazy enough as it is.
