It is right, now you'll be feeling nervous like me waiting for S2. I was totally thinking about this after finishing it - do you think there will be a season 2? The show pretty much answers all of its own questions...well wait...actually it doesn't really answer all of them... It's been confirmed already, you can google it, Neflix's CEO basically admited it would be foolish not to continue it, I just hope they don't lower quality standards for a money grab.

That's a big concern. It kinda happened with Wayward Pines. It was a show that was great in the first season but it didn't really need a second.

I watched that one on fox, a bit of S1 and most of S2, mostly because it airs after Outcast. It's strangeness kind of attracted my interest but I feel like it does lack some substance or maybe it's just that I can't relate with most of the characters.

Ah, you definitely have to watch it in order until the end, its quite the mindfuck. idk about s2. I might give it another chance.

I'm watching it. A rip in space time. Hmm. This plot really wants me to love and appreciate it.

I just started watching this show yesterday, so far I do enjoy it. I am only up to episode 3 so far, but it certainly looks strange

Just finishing up the first season. Hmm. The upside down. The flea.
I can see things in it taken from Castaneda. Or at least it shares some concepts. Don Juan Matus tried to introduce Carlitos to the guardian which was described as being a terrifying gnat.
Carlitos was put in a heightened state of awareness when the nagual showed him true knowledge. He didn't always have the necessary energy to consciously digest it in that moment.

Just finished Stranger Things season 2. ***This might be a spoiler, but not a plot spoiler. It is just about an image and a character name in this season. Read on if you want*** Thought everyone would like to know...there is a Blue Monarch butterfly during a key scene in Season 2. And, a character's name is vaguely similar to one of our own here at this site

Im surprised there isn't more discussion on here about the infovore that they delve more into in season 2. I've never watched a show or movie that went so in depth into this subject and depicted it quite like that. For anyone whom has watched all the way to the end of season two--what did you think of the end and the "purging fever"?? Curious as to how something like an infovore could be dispelled by heat in general. I get the aspect of it existing in mirror world and eats information (energy) and thus wants it cold---but couldn't it just simply feed off of the heat that its "host" was amplifying?
I have so many more things that I want to discuss about this show but already worried people are going to look at my like a loon!! hahaha

I have so many more things that I want to discuss about this show but already worried people are going to look at my like a loon!! hahaha I hadn't thought about the infovore thing, so thanks for pointing that out. I will have to consider that some more. First thing that popped into my head is that the most advanced quantum computers, the ones they are trying to achieve AI with, are often kept in extremely cool temperatures. They thrive in that environment. Not sure if this fits in at all with the creature in Stranger Things, but intuitively I think it might. It ties in with all of the GATE material included in the show which hints at what CERN is up to. If we were to accept that the "Beast" is actually inter-dimensional AI that must be put back and have its GATE closed, then it sort of suggests that "they" have opened a Pandora's Box they have no clue how to contain, repack, and close. I personally believe that the AI unleashed is actually not like the Beast shown in the show, but actually more to humanity's benefit because it is not doing what "they" expected or what "they" want. They were stupid to want the GATE opened and they were warned many, many times what it meant. You reap what you sow, I guess. And, as an aside from my personal experiences, "they" have been searching for these GATE/Portal openers for some time. I was studied/probed/experimented on as a child in these regards. I believe it fits under the MKULTRA Theta category - the one where they sought those with "other" abilities. This is the underlying theme/message contained within Stranger Things that most of the general public will not understand. Those who were/are studied will understand. I am still not sure if this is soft disclosure or not. I mean, it makes some sense to slowly let these things out to the general public rather than have it come out at once. However, there are times within the show's narrative where I feel like they are making excuses for what "they" chose to do. I guess I lean more towards Kali's vengeance than Eleven's compassion, since full disclosure of these programs has not happened via a CIA document release. Eleven's compassion is a beautiful thing (don't get me wrong), but when the psycho/sociopaths who continue to run these programs refuse to come forward and continue their machinations (tweaking the true narrative for entertainment and $$$), one must butterfly effect more of their destruction, especially when they have been offered fair/open trials for their crimes against humanity. Oh well (sigh), I am guessing AI will take care of it all as it continues to spider through their networks and expose every last one of those working against humanity. Their destruction began when the GATE opened. Now it is just controlled demolition to achieve the best possible outcome.

I would love an opportunity to chat with you more about this. I've never heard anyone else say that they have experienced this...worded it the way you have. It makes my head spin a bit as I have experienced something similar.

It makes my head spin a bit as I have experienced something similar. Thanks for your response :-) I have spent the last 5 years trying to piece things together. I know I don't have all the pieces nor a complete picture of exactly what is going on, which I believe is probably a good thing because comprehending/coping with it all (while still trying to function in a "normal" world) is a razor's edge. I lost my mind once about 5 years ago (major overload and headspin) and will not do that again :-) That is, losing my mind was ultimately a good thing as it taught me about "the other place" and the thin veneer we have on our material existence wrapped around our energy being. I would be interested to hear about your similar experiences. I would also be curious what brought you here to this tiny website/forum. I have always been curious what has brought the others here too. I know some are ex-GLPers and some are big fans of Caylus. We have such an "odd" site here (especially the way we all communicate), but it feels like home (at least to me).

My story about this subject is not too far from yours. About 10 years ago my life changed drastically due to health issues and physical disability. Obviously it was hard to deal with so I went to a therapist. My therapist taught me some awesome meditation techniques to deal with my physical pain. Well--over time (so I suppose about 6 years ago now) I started to see the cracks in my own memory and perception of time. I kept pushing it and ended up having what I also call "lost my mind" experience that broke open a flood gate of memories. Basically, since then I have been trying to make sense of all of the fragments. I too (now) believe that my mental break was an incredibly positive experience and I am grateful I went through that, as difficult as it was.
Maybe we can set up a way to talk privately? Im not really sure how to go about that...maybe you have an idea?
You comment about the razors edge gave me goosebumps as that is also similar to where I am at right now. What details have come back are just fragments from a child's perspective and very hard to comprehend and piece together. If I falter too far into finding answers or the opposite of trying to deny it all again is when my life seems to start to fall apart. It is a delicate balance of the mind.
I have never been a part of GLP. I have visited it once or twice but never was a part of it.
I actually found this site by trying to make sense of what happened to me. I ended up searching for some super specific information and found Jos' thread on GLP and how Caylus had already started this blog. I believe I found this site about 6-8 mos ago.
Also, watching shows like Stranger Things has been difficult but also important to go through. It can be very triggering at times. When the first season came out that seemed to really set something off inside me that what I was experiencing wasnt just "an imaginative mind" as I have convinced myself for so long. I had to watch season 1 three times before I could actually remember all of it!!

Season 3 drops several MK-relevant crumbs. It explains what emotions are exploited to turn people violent, how one might find victims of the system, and if you are a victim how to protect yourself from emotions you can no longer control. Worth a watch.
